Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Travianza and its clients. By booking any service with us, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1 Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once:
- > The required deposit or full payment has been received.
- > A formal confirmation voucher has been issued by Travianza via email.
2 Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in the currency specified on the website. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of major currency fluctuations or government-imposed tax increases.
Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways or bank transfers as specified during the checkout process.
3 Travel Documents & Visas
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), required visas, and health certificates. Travianza is not liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to the traveler’s failure to comply with immigration requirements.
4 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal accidents, and loss of baggage. Travianza is not responsible for any loss that could have been covered by insurance.
5 Limitation of Responsibility
Travianza acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transportation companies. Therefore:
- > We are not liable for delays, accidents, or injuries caused by independent suppliers.
- > We are not responsible for “Force Majeure” events (war, strikes, or natural disasters).
6 Modifications to Itinerary
While we always aim to provide the services as booked, Travianza reserves the right to make minor changes to itineraries (e.g., swapping hotel for one of similar category) if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
